On a difficult day, don`t let negativity master you, but instead, stay positive and focus on something peaceful to maintain a positive mindset on that day. Look around you and be thankful for what you have, this helps you maintain a positive spirit. Don’t stick around people that have constantly negative attitude ’cause that contaminate yours.
A good way of staying positive is reading inspiring, encouraging and positive stories. Also listening to wonderful music keeps you happy and positive. Exercising (preferably) daily is good for your mood and your health. At my workplace I have pictures of the sea, beaches, sunsets and the underwater world. All from my native island. Just looking at of those pictures put a smile one my face, make me cheerful and keep me going.
