Welcome and thank you for visiting my blog!

I started this blog because I love reading poems, inspirational stories and all other different kinds of poetry. I believe that reading motivational stories, poem or any other way of poetry can change our way of thinking, remind us sometimes of the things we might have forgotten and make us recognize our feelings and even open our eyes sometimes.

Nowadays internet is the place where a lot of us spread our words, share ideas and thoughts, a lot of us even make friends with others on the other side of the world or help each other through the internet. Through this blog I would like to share my thoughts and words on the internet by posting short but true inspiriting words that I encounter during my daily happenings.

I used to write daily a lot of poems and good thoughts, experiences and ideas about life in my diary. I haven`t done that for a long time  since I have had many changes in my life, but through a few social networks I once in a while share my thoughts with family and friends. Recently I suddenly got this idea and asked myself? Why not share it with the rest of the World?

Blogging is completely new for me so I`ll try to make my post look as enjoyable and readable as possible and I aim to use as much as possible my own photographs. I`m very excited and can`t wait to share more and more of my ideas, my words and good thoughts to inspire others but also myself by reading those great and wonderful stories from other bloggers on Word Press.

“The first step is always the hardest but every step makes it easier.” That`s the way I see it.

Having English as my third language), I apologize in case you encounter some spelling errors. Of course I`ll try to as much as possible to make my posts “error free” in spelling. 🙂

But who`s this woman behind this blog:

A Caribbean girl that left almost 17 years ago a very small island she lived on, full of lovely people, daily sunshine and a beautiful underwater world full of corals and fishes. People always ask her if she`s crazy she left all those wonderful things behind to meet Northern Europe. She always answers: “I trusted and followed my heart and I never regret I did that. In my heart I carry my roots everywhere I go and I connect whenever I want with it.”

For the people around her she`s known as a kitchen princess. She loves to cook and she does it with passion and enthusiasm. She also loves to paint, mostly carbon or oil paintings and always woman. In some of her postings she used a few of her paintings.

She loves to dance and listening to music and she`s lucky to have the most important persons in her life around her.

That`s it for now and I hope that in the future some of my words will brighten someone`s day a little more.

    • Hi there, How nice of you to visit my blog and l leave such a nice comment! Thank you so much! I`m so sorry I haven`t been for a while blogging. I do read a lot, but for writing.. or I better say.. I do write but I haven`t really had time to post any of them. The last months were a bit chaotic. After I recovered from my surgery and went for vacation I was fresh and well, but than a good friend of mine got very sick and I decided to give her as much attention as possible as she needed. I just felt it was the best thing to do at that time next to the normal daily happenings. Afterwards I was even surprised that she was so thankful to me. I hope to show my face more times on your fantastic blog. Hope you’re enjoying your Saturday and wish you for tomorrow a wonderful Sunday Don! 🙂

      • Happy to hear from you and no need to apologise, you do what you need to do 🙂 The blog keeps me busy, and I enjoy doing it. Glad to hear you’re feeling better:)

I’m always happy to see a friendly face it makes the day lighter somehow. Enjoy your weekend too… Take care, DC

    • That’s very nice of you to say that Afsheen! Thank you very much! 🙂 I really appreciated you taking your time to visit my blog! I like your stories on your blog and find it funny to see that we have a lot of things in common. For example some traditions of your culture. It makes it also very interesting for me to read, And I liked your post “Daily Prompt: Obstacle Course” the language part is very true. I have the same thing. I saw one blogger that wrote you a wonderful comment; “What matters is WHAT you write, not HOW you write it.” I really loved that comment. What we write comes out of heart so it really matters what we write. 🙂 Wishing you a nice evening and a wonderful and blessed week!

  7. Hi Nadyess, After not hearing from my sweet friend Judith since Feb. 28th regarding exercises for the muffin top area, I sent a request to another fitness guy. Of course the very day I asked him to assist me THEN I got a link to two web posts Judith wrote,. So I want to send those links to you with hopes that these will transcend onto your comment section. If they don’t feel free to send a message to my email and I will send them that way. Whew, we’ll get an answer to this question yet! I’m using weights to try to trim my side and when I have that other post ready I’ll let you know. Stubborness runs in my family, 🙂 Blessings,

The pyramid workout sounds good, so I’ll check it in the weekend (I’m almosting entering dreamland right now after a long day of work and an intensive evening workout 😉 ) There’s a lot of useful information and good tips on there so i’m following her now. I’m very curious about the exercises for the muffin top area so I hope you’ll know more soon and if not.. no worries.. I notice some progress over here.. slow but… My patience will be rewarded. Really! 🙂 To be continued! 😉

  12. Hi Nadyess,

I was wondering if you would be willing to help me out with something. Recently, you liked my post, “How to Know You’re Enough!” …on my blog, begintobelieve.com.

It really seemed to resonate with a lot of women; I guess we can all relate to the overwhelming-ness of being female in todays’ society.

Anyway, because this post resonated with so many, I’ve decide to write an ebook entitled “How to Know You’re Enough!” – The Manual- The Female Edition.

It will be a comprehensive, funny and honest list of everything we do, every day, for everyone, more or less!

Would you be interested in making your list of everything you do, every day, for everyone, more or less, to possibly be included in the book? And If I use any “unique” items on your list, I will include your name as a contributor to the book!

Your list can be anything you consistently do for anyone or anything that takes you time, mind and effort…things you do consciously or unconsciously, quietly or out loud!

So if you’re interested and have questions, you can contact me at rdavis4848@gmail.com or you can just send over your list to the same email address along with your full name and email anytime prior to July 1st.

And if you know any other wonderful females that might like to be a part of this project please feel free to pass it along!

I know you have a lot on your list, so I really appreciate you taking the time. Thanks so much for considering it!

    Robin Oxford-Davis-

    • Hi Robin, Thank you for the message. I’d love to make the list but since I’m right now on a career move I’m having time shortage to work on a few things including my hobby’s. 😦 Blogging is one of them. But I’ll see what I can do. Thank you for contacting me about this. 🙂
